Balloon Dawn

Hot-air balloons drifting over a misty river valley at sunrise

As the sun lifts over a quiet river valley, a flock of hot-air balloons rises out of the morning mist and drifts slowly over a patchwork of fields, hedgerows and a sleeping village, their burners flaring now and then and lighting the envelopes from within. It follows your clock: pink and gold at dawn, bright and breezy by day, a warm evening flight, and at night the balloons stand tethered in the meadow, glowing like lanterns. Move the mouse and the nearest balloon drifts gently away; click to fire its burner. With music on, the burners glow and the balloons breathe in time.
