Blueprint Airship

A rigid airship drawn up in white line on a sheet of blueprint paper

A draughtsman's blueprint of a rigid airship, drawn in white line on cyan-blue paper with its printed grid, a fold and a faded, mottled sheet. Each loop the drawing makes itself: faint construction lines and compass arcs first, then the outline is traced, the ring frames, girders, fins, gondola and engine pods follow, dimensions with arrowheads and labelled balloons appear, and detail views of the hull section and a propeller fill the corner; the finished airship lifts gently, its propellers spinning, before the sheet clears for the next one. Move the mouse and dashed crosshair guides follow it, click to swing a compass circle; with music on the grid glows with the bass and the propeller discs pulse on the beat.
