First Snow

A snowy pine valley and a little village with warm lit windows

Snow falls softly on a pine valley where a handful of cabins huddle by a frozen stream, with smoke curling from their chimneys. It follows your clock: pink alpenglow at dawn, a bright white day, a blue hour when the windows light up one by one, and a starry night of warm lamplight on the snow. Move the mouse and the flakes swirl around it, or click for a gust. With music on, the windows glow and flicker with it and the snow glitters on the beat.
