Neon Rain

A rain-streaked window over a city melted into neon bokeh

You're looking out through a rain-covered window at a city at night, its neon signs and street lights melted into big soft discs. Drops bead on the glass and slide down in little stops and starts, and every drop is a tiny lens holding a sharp, upside-down piece of the city. Your cursor's warmth clears the fog and dries the fine beads, the signs breathe with your music, and the lights go out one by one as the day comes up grey.
