Paper Hills

Rolling hills cut from coloured paper, re-coloured through the day

Seven sheets of hand-cut paper hills stand one behind another, each throwing a soft shadow on the one behind, dotted with little paper trees and a cottage, under a paper sun, clouds and a small flock of birds. It follows your clock: pink paper at dawn, fresh greens and blues by day, deep oranges and purples at sunset, and indigo layers under a pale paper moon and stars at night, when the cottage window lights up.
