Pixel Firefly Jar

A glass jar of glowing fireflies on a porch rail at dusk

A glass jar stands on a porch rail at dusk with its lid off beside it, full of fireflies made of glowing particles that wander inside it, each one flashing softly in its own rhythm, while a few rise up through the open mouth, loop out into the evening and drop back in. Beyond the rail the meadow is full of smaller fireflies blinking over the grass, dark trees line the far side and the moon is rising, all under the soft aurora of baubra.com, and the jar's light warms the rail, the balusters and the glass. Sweep the mouse through the fireflies and their light parts around the cursor and springs back; click to scatter them. Pick a style: Baubra's violet and gold, a warm Summer evening, cool Moon light or a Lantern glow.
